Wall Hip Flexor Holds


I stole this idea from @not_mark_sanchez and really like it. My favorite warmups combine flexibility and mobility and this Wall Hip Flexor does both. Think five second active lift and hold reps with a hard exhale. Notice the addition of the Flexcushion from Noa Sakata to position the down hip into slight internal rotation and add a little extra psoas/ iliacus stretch.
