There are 168 hours in a week. How do you allocate your time?

5 AM Deadlifts….Time is our most valuable resource. There are only 168 hours in a week and unlike money you cannot generate any more of it. Where we choose to invest our time demonstrates what is really important to us. Saying “I don’t have time to..” really translates to “It’s not that important to me.” If exercise is a priority then you will train early in the morning or late at night to fit it in. If a personal relationship is a priority the you will make time for it no matter how busy your schedule is. If your nutrition is a priority then you will grocery shop on Sunday and spend time prepping food for the week ahead. If you are truly passionate about your business then you will wake up early and stay up late building your dream. Where did you invest your time yesterday? Where are you going to invest your time today? #movementasmedicine #bodybyboyle #CFSC
