Cooper @coophelfet likes to shift to his left when he squats. By using a band to “feed the mistake” his brain tells his hips to over correct, taking the shift away. Another option would have been to slightly elevate his left foot, also forcing him to shift into the right. Both are viable options but this one works well for him. The goal is to slowly ween him off the band as we continue to progressively move along.
