Quick Hotel Circuit

Had to get one in even on the road. I didn’t have time to squeeze in a workout at @bodybyboyle this AM so I did one at the hotel after I touched down in Atlanta. 

When you’re on the road you gotta make the best with what you have. Most hotel gyms at least have a set of dumbbells up to 50 lbs and anyone can make do with that. Remember that consistency is king. Make exercise a part of your life whether it’s a 10 min stretch session or a 2 hour bag session, lock it into your rituals no matter where you are.

I didn’t have a lot of time before I went out for beers with the squad so I threw together something I could do quickly. Here is what went down…..

3x Rounds with a 50 lb Dumbbell
DB Snatch: x 5 each
Goblet Squat x 10
Dumbbell Row x 20 each
Overhead Press x 10 each
Followed by
3x Rounds
2 Dumbbell Single Leg Deadlift x 10
Parallel Chin – Up x 10
Followed by
Treadmill Sprint: :30 on/1:00 off @ 10 mph/5 incline x 8

After this I hit the pool and then the bar. Ideal..definitely not. Better than nothing definitely yes. Health is a lifestyle, own it and make it a part of yours.
