Quadruped Hip CARs:
1. “Irradiate” / create as much tension as possible throughout your entire body. As if you were holding a plank.
2. No cheating – isolate the hip. All movement should be coming from the hip.
COMMON Compensation Patterns to be Aware of:

???????? GOAL: Challenge the range of motion at your hip joint while trying to resist any movement anywhere else in your body.
