POSTERIOR CAPSULE STRETCH:
- One of my favorite stretches that I use every day with my training clients.
- Should feel a stretch/pulling sensation in the posterior and lateral hip.
WHEN I program it in:
1. Diaphragmatic Breathing
2. 90/90 External + Internal Rotation Stretch
3. POSTERIOR CAPSULE STRETCH
4. Followed by some Hip CARs variation
Program 8-10 reps per side with
ALWAYS address the joint first
