Perfect practice makes perfect


If something is important do it everyday. When Jeremy first came to @bodybyboyle he couldn’t do push-ups. Perfect practice makes perfect. Every single day we practiced the pattern. Every session we drilled the pattern with frequency instead of intensity. Over time we worked down to the floor. Fast forward and Jeremy is crushing feet elevated push-ups with a plate on his back. #patternpractice #brilliantatthebasics
