Old Guy Power!

Jimmy is strong as a bull but at 73 we try to limit the amount of impact on his knees and spine. While the other guys in his group are snatching, jumping and swinging we like to use this Medball Slam to Wallball drill. This trains power in the upper body, anterior core and legs without too much wear and tear on his joints.

Side Note: Don’t try to catch the ball off the wall lol ????????
