#TBT to Stu and Nancy crushing a workout at 70 years young! These two could rival many of the young kids that come in to train with us! They are still going hard 2x week and are better than ever. I need to get an updated post of their workout up soon. They are now crushing single leg squats and deadlifts!! You are as young as you act!!
