Hitting The Reset Button

Hitting The Reset Button After 24 hours of travel from Australia back to Boston my body needed two things: Sleep and Movement. With 11 hours of sleep accounted for I went to the gym to hit the re-set button on my body. I was certainly in no position to “crush it” today but the goal of today’s workout was to set myself up for a better tomorrow so the plan called for some mobility work and a little cardiac output. After some focused PAILS/RAILS for my T-Spine/Hips and Rotary Stability work I did the following. Continuous circuit for 20 minutes. KB Windmills: 1 + 1 x 3 each (24 kg) Goblet Squat w/ 3 second Iso x 8 (24 kg) Forward/Backward Bear Crawl x 15 yd Each Followed by Airdyne Bike: x :30 min (HR between 130-155) Not crazy by any means but just right in terms of getting my body back to the right place after being thrashed by airplane travel. Sometimes doing less now means doing more tomorrow.- @kev_in_carr @movementasmedicine @collectmomentsnotthingz @sanchise387 @bodybyboyle
