It’s just as fun and important for adults to play as it for kids. Exploring outside of our rigid structures of planes and “techniques” is crucial for joint function and joint health. It’s important to explore and build stability at our end ranges and practice life skills that our tissues no longer demand regularly. Training should be safe, organized and purposeful, but it’s also got to be fun.
