“Every rock and ledge is different.” When you’re a 61 year old, world class climber, you have to be prepared for any variables on the mountain. When those variables arrive it is important to have stressed the system, sometimes in non-traditional positions, in order to meet those demands. Then you have to constantly explore and utilize those ranges of motion with your training so when your cells turn over they do so in a way that allows that range of motion or movement to continue.” @drandreospina A photo posted by Movement As Medicine (@movementasmedicine) on Jun 9, 2015 at 4:57am PDT
