Even Coaches Need Coaches What do the most talented athletes, successful businessmen and powerful world leaders all have in common? They all have coaches who guide them. I’m none of those aforementioned things and have never believed that I’m beyond receiving an outside perspective to help me grow. I have always been someone who thrives under coaching even if for no other reason than it keeps me accountable. I recently joined the #StrengthFaction family and hired @Bumtodd and @chrisbeyondstrength to coach me up and it was a great decision. These guys are awesome people and amazing coaches. I have only been working with them for a month but their simple/brutally effective approach to programming has helped get me back on track at a time when my crazy life had completely derailed my training. Here’s a glimpse of my main tri-set today. Trapbar Deadlift: 5 x 6 Shoulder Controlled Articular Rotations: 5 each way DB Bench: 5 x 6 Lift felt great today. Nice to get back into a groove on both Trapbar and DB bench and the CARs have my shoulders feeling great.
