Double KB Complex: Swing/Squat/Inverted Row

Double Bell Swing x 8
Double Bell Squat x 8
Inverted Row x 8
4 Rounds

The rep and set scheme I programmed out over 4 weeks goes like this:

4 x 6 reps of each
4 x 8 reps of each
5 x 8 reps of each
5 x 10 reps of each
