The Double Bell Squat to Press is one of my favorite full body muscle builders. Not many exercises are able to train the legs, abs and shoulders as effectively as this one.
I especially like it for guys like Jim who want to bring every shred of muscle with them into advanced age. More muscle = more resiliency, more functionality, less chronic inflammation, compressed morbidity.
Double 16kg bells…Not too shabby for 72 years young.
