My “Why” for coaching has always been “to spread the positive effects of good coaching as far as possible” This means not only influencing the athletes I come in direct contact with but by also influencing athletes I may never know by educating as many coaches as possible. Teaching others can exponentially expand your impact. Seeing someone else spread your message and help others is truly one of the greatest feelings I’ve ever experienced.
