At Home Workout: Kettlebell + Suspension Trainer
Admittedly , its not that much different than what I normally do. Once, I have the pull-up bar and the Trapbar in next week it will be training as usual in my garage.
All you need for this workout is two Kettlebells and a Suspension Trainer like a TRX or Rings.
I did this for 5 rounds and let me heart rate settle in between in each set so I could keep the intensity high.
🔹Double Kettlebell Swing x 10
🔹Double Kettlebell Front Squat x 10
🔹Half Kneeling Alternating Overhead Press x 5 each
🔹Ring Fallout x 10
