These anti-extension progressions simply challenge you to maintain your spinal position through various demands of knee or shoulder flexion/extension, as well as different tools or bases of support. Follow these progressions with yourself and your clients. If you see yourself or client demonstrate a lack of control, by movement through the spine, regress them to the previous exercise and try again. Hope you guys like these.
