Training Philosophy is Universal

Pro Athlete and Adult personal training clients training side by side with extremely similar programs.

Methods are many, but principles are few. What you believe should be what you believe no matter who walks into your gym. Early in my career @michael_boyle1959 taught me to “stick to the recipe.” I remember him saying “Cookbooks were created for a reason.”

Even though I feel that I’ve graduated from a Cook to a Chef, I still follow the recipe. I may vary the exercise selection or adjust the volume and intensity but the overall “recipe” doesn’t change that much. Remember, were all building humans before we’re building athletes/personal training clients.
