– Sandbag Clean to Squat x12
– Sandbag SLDL x12 each side
– Sandbag Get-Up to Carry to Get-Down x25 yards

I like to keep it simple. Every lift I make sure to get in some type of:
– Bilateral Leg Pattern 👉🏻 Squat
– Unilateral Leg Pattern 👉🏻SLDL
– Core Integrity Pattern 👉🏻Get Up
– Loaded Carry 👉🏻Uneven Carry
