>> The intent is SHOULDER external rotation so try to limit any extra movement from the scapula.
>> Begin with your forearm on the ground and adjust accordingly.
>> If you cannot lift your hand off the ground – that is ok. The intent is still there.
>> Adjust the height of the block according to your end range control.
